If you have ever thought about making your own windmill, then you are probably thinking that it’s some kind of rocket science, and it’s really difficult to build one, right? There are like thousands of people, who think the same. To be honest, I thought the same thing few months ago, when I was thinking about making a windmill. However, the truth is different.

Making Your Own Windmill

You can pretty easily build a windmill, even if you have never done anything lik this before. It doesn’t cost much to create one either. Nowadays, you can get the parts of a windmill for less than $200. I would say it’s a bargain, because if you think about how much you spend on energy bills every month, and then imagine that you won’t need to pay for electricity any longer, that definitely makes building a windmill a total bargain. You could even purchase some parts from auctions like eBay, which will be really cheap.

There is one thing, which you MUST have if you are planning making your own windmill, and that’s a professional guide with step-by-step instructions. I would highly recommend you to use a proper manual when building a windmill, because otherwise you are going to make tons of mistakes and if you something goes wrong, the windmill won’t be supplying electricity to your house anymore.

If you are not sure about, which guide to use, I would suggest you to check out Michael Harvey’s manual called Earth4Energy. It’s actually quite popular nowadays, because it’s easy to follow, it has pictures supporting the text, and even some videos. Plus, you also get instructions on how to make solar panels as well. There is nothing better than combining both wind and solar power to get maximum electricity supply. Click here to check out Earth4Energy and find out more.
